A few quick questions about your hair history so we arrive prepared. Your full appointment is confirmed once we've reviewed it.

We use Fresha to take payment and manage the calendar. Your £15 fee secures your consultation slot — it's separate from your full appointment, which we schedule together once we've discussed what you want.

Step 03 · After you book
Once your consultation is booked, we'll send you a short hair suitability quiz to fill in before we meet. It helps us understand your hair history — colour, previous extensions, condition — so your consultation is focused and your full appointment can be confirmed without delay.
What happens next
Extensions appointments typically run 5–6 hours, so we don't book them blind. Once we've met, reviewed your quiz, and agreed on the look, we'll schedule the full appointment together and take any remaining deposit if needed.
