Malibu Hair UK was founded with one vision: to bring world-class hair, exceptional customer service, and industry-leading education to Devon.

Before entering the hair industry, our founder, Sasha, spent over a decade in aviation. Her career began at Exeter Airport before taking her to Seattle with TCS World Travel and later to TUI. Travelling the world and experiencing exceptional hospitality shaped the values that define Malibu Hair UK today—where every client is welcomed with genuine warmth, meticulous attention to detail, and an experience that feels truly personal.

Hairdressing became the perfect combination of Sasha's two greatest passions: creativity and people. While she loved the confidence that came from having her own hair transformed, it was the opportunity to connect with clients and build lasting relationships that inspired her to pursue a career in the industry.

What began as Sasha's Bouncy Blow Dry has evolved into Malibu Hair UK—a luxury hair studio specialising in all methods of hair extensions, bespoke colour services, and HABIA Approved professional education.

She trained and refined her craft across some of the UK's top salons, including a stint at Chelsea's Fox & Vamp as a hair extension specialist, before bringing that experience home to Devon.

Education has always been at the heart of Malibu Hair UK. Today, alongside delivering luxury salon services, the studio proudly provides professional training, continually investing in the latest techniques, products, and innovations to ensure both clients and students receive the very best.
